Is my document data stored permanently? ▼
No. Raw uploaded files are deleted from our servers immediately after AI extraction. Only the extracted text fields are saved to your profile, and you can delete those at any time.
How do I delete my account and data? ▼
Send us an email at husseyah1212@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My Account" from your registered email address. We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days.
The AI extracted wrong data from my document. What should I do? ▼
AI extractions are not always 100% accurate. You can manually edit any extracted field in your profile before using it in a form. Always review auto-filled data before submitting any official application.
Which file formats are supported? ▼
DocAssist supports PDF, JPEG, PNG, and DOCX files for document extraction. For PDF tools (merge, split, compress, etc.), PDF format is required.
Is DocAssist free to use? ▼
Yes, DocAssist is currently free for all users. If paid plans are introduced in the future, you will be notified in advance and existing free features will remain accessible.
